How to maintain the air cooling spindle or water cooled router spindle for CNC engraving machine？
As a CNC engraving machine manufacturer, I often encounter customers asking about the daily maintenance of the machine. Correct daily maintenance can not only improve the work efficiency of the CNC engraving machine, but also prolong the service life of the CNC engraving machine. The daily maintenance of air cooled cnc spindle or water cooled router spindle is a simple but very important thing.
It is recommended to control the continuous running time of the CNC engraving machine within 10 hours per day. The cooling water should be kept clean and the water pump should work normally. The water cooled router spindle must not be short of water, and at the same time, pay attention to replacing the cooling water regularly to prevent the water temperature from being too high. When the spindle is hot, the operation of the CNC engraving machine must be stopped, and the cooling water and cooling water pump must be checked in time to avoid damage to the machine tool spindle.
If you work in a hot area, you can choose to use a chiller, which can keep the cooling water cold at all times. When the temperature is too low in winter, the water in the water tank can be replaced with antifreeze, so that the machine can be used normally.
When your engraving machine chooses an air cooling spindle, you should check whether the cooling fan of the spindle is running. If the temperature of the spindle is too high or the fan fails, it should be stopped in time for maintenance.
After a day's operation, remove the engraving knife and leave the spindle chuck lock nut in a relaxed state. This helps extend the life of the spindle chuck.
